My name is Leticia Gerez, I am a credentialed professional coach, expert in EFT Tapping, Mindfulness and certified in Agile Change Management (ACMQ), member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and member of the ICF Uruguay board of directors until 2025.

 

I was born and raised in Montevideo, Uruguay. I am bilingual (English/Spanish)

I am 39 years old from cales 19 have experience in administrative and customer service-oriented positions.

Throughout my career I have focused on team training and management, process improvement and the management of various projects within the organizations of which I have been a part both in Uruguay and abroad. I currently hold a leadership position within a large global technology company   that I joined almost 10 years ago.

However, I have been pursuing and living my passion and purpose for the past few years. Which is to accompany others on their way to personal/professional development and maximize their potential.
