Are you looking for a way to jumpstart your meditation practice and start a long-lasting routine? Put aside all your misconceptions about meditation, tune into your breathing, and get ready to find complete balance and well-being. In this 10-day meditation journey, I help you establish a routine and reap all the benefits meditation has to offer. Each day we will focus on one aspect that links our mind with our body (and breath) to help you develop a practice that works for you! Starting and maintaining our practice is not that easy, so let's start slowly. We'll start by spending just 5 minutes a day for the first few days (preferably when you wake up in the morning) and gradually work our way up to 15+ minutes of mindfulness each day. We will learn to tune our breathing, different breathing techniques, quiet the mind, notice areas of tension and discomfort in the body, and discover tools to amplify our meditation experience. We will also practice guided imagery meditations and have a brief introduction to our chakra system. Each day we will practice bringing our attention to the sensations in our body, to the fluctuations in our mind, and to the quality of our breathing so that we can find peace and awareness within ourselves.
